The 30-Day Dance Challenge isn’t just about perfecting your moves; it’s about reshaping how you think, focus, and grow as a dancer and as an individual. This challenge is designed to inspire not only physical changes but also mental clarity, habit formation, and personal growth that extend far beyond the dance floor.
It’s said that it takes 21 days to form a habit. Over this month-long journey, we’ll guide and support you as you set your sights on a meaningful goal and work toward achieving it.
Each dancer will choose their own unique goal—whether it’s mastering a tricky step, improving strength and stamina, or building confidence on stage. If you’re unsure of where to start, your teachers are here to help! Feel free to chat with any of your dance instructors after class to brainstorm ideas or get feedback on your goals.

- Increasing Flexibility
- Clean Single, Double, Triple, or More
- Learning a New Tip of Jump or Turn
- Acro tricks
- Dancing Choreography with Precision and Energy

Challenge begins January 6th and will include:
- Check in Zoom meeting (January 23rd)
- 2 – 30 minute group meetings January 6th and February 4th (process pictures and focus training)
- Accountability Team App (a positive community the dancers can engage in for support and to support others)
- Weekly journal prompts
- Goal setting tips
- Positive habit building tips
- Recorded video or pic check-ins
